Each engagement includes pre‑session discovery, custom session design, on‑site facilitation, and post‑session synthesis for your team.
Investment & Availability
International Travel: Must schedule no later than 6 months in advance.
Payment Terms: Contact us for a custom quote
Domestic Travel: $10,000 per hour (2‑hour minimum, up to 30 participants). Inclusive of travel expenses within the U.S.
Payment terms
$15,000 non‑refundable retainer due within 30 days of signing the engagement letter (secures your month’s session).
$5,000 balance invoiced at the end of the session, due within 15 days of service completion.

To keep each experience intentional, we reserve one makerspace session per month.
We’ll collaborate with you to choose a date once your engagement is confirmed.
